  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is dispatched from our Kitchen in Ahmedabad, you will receive an email on the registered email id with the tracking number and the carrier.
  • I got the wrong products. What do I do?
    While we try to be very careful while packing all orders, in case you received the wrong products, please send us an email on and someone from the team will help solve the problem.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    An order once placed cannot be cancelled. If for any reason, you'd like to request a credit note for your order, it can be done if the order has not been dispatched from our kitchen. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
  • I have received a damaged parcel/ product. What do I do?
    We ensure all the products leaving the kitchen are packed carefully and with utmost care. In case, the products get damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the products on Our team will then investigate and get back to you within 36-72 hours and either dispatch a new package or issue a credit note, based on the situation. Complaints made after 24 hours of date delivery, will not be accepted.
